1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Career Rocket Academy Product Management Boot Camp (the “Programme”), you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not enrol or participate in the Programme.
2. Programme Overview
The Programme is an intensive cohort‑based training course designed to equip Participants with practical product‑management skills. Instruction is delivered through live online sessions, assignments, and supplementary resources.
3. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age and have sufficient English proficiency to engage with course materials and live discussions.
4. Fees and Payment
Course fees (the “Fee”) must be paid in full (or in accordance with an approved instalment plan) before the cohort start date. Fees include tuition, course materials, two (2) LinkedIn profile reviews, and two (2) CV/resumé reviews per Participant.
5. Refund Policy
- Refund Window. A full refund of the Fee is available up to seven (7) calendar days before the published start date of the Participant’s cohort (“Cohort Start Date”).
- Non‑Refundable Period. Cancellations requested fewer than seven (7) days before the Cohort Start Date, or at any time thereafter, are not eligible for a refund.
- How to Cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The effective cancellation date is when Career Rocket Academy confirms receipt of the written request.
6. Deferment Policy
- Request Deadline. Participants may request to defer to a future cohort no later than forty‑eight (48) hours before the Cohort Start Date.
- One‑Time Limit. Each Participant may defer once only. A second deferment is not permitted.
- Six‑Month Window. The new cohort must commence within six (6) months of the original Cohort Start Date.
- Non‑Refundable After Deferment. Once a deferment is confirmed, the Fee becomes strictly non‑refundable, irrespective of future withdrawal or non‑attendance.
- Procedure. Deferment requests must be sent in writing to [email protected] and are subject to availability in the requested cohort.
7. LinkedIn and CV/Resumé Review Services
Career Rocket Academy will provide two (2) LinkedIn profile reviews and two (2) CV/resumé reviews per Participant:
- Scheduling. Reviews will be scheduled during the Programme at times communicated by Career Rocket Academy. Timely submission of materials is the Participant’s responsibility.
- Scope. Reviews provide feedback and recommendations only; implementation remains the Participant’s responsibility.
- Additional Reviews. Extra review sessions may be purchased, subject to availability and at the then‑current rates.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to
- behave professionally and respectfully toward instructors, staff, and peers;
- attend live sessions punctually;
- refrain from harassing or disruptive behaviour; and
- comply with all applicable laws and platform policies. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Programme without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All course content, including recordings, slides, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Career Rocket Academy or its licensors. Participants are granted a non‑transferable licence to use the materials for personal, non‑commercial purposes only.
10. Confidentiality
Participants agree not to disclose proprietary or confidential information shared during the Programme, including but not limited to other Participants’ project details and personal data.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Programme is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Career Rocket Academy does not guarantee employment or specific business outcomes. Career Rocket Academy’s total liability arising under these Terms will not exceed the Fee paid by the Participant.
12. Modifications to the Programme or Terms
Career Rocket Academy reserves the right to modify the Programme schedule, content, instructors, or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to Participants in writing. Continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
